Annual Memorial

On Monday, December 16th from 6:00-7:00 pm, we will offer our Annual Memorial to honor members of the Community Living family who are no longer with us. This event is in partnership with Baue’s Community Outreach and Grief Services team. At the end of the event, guests are invited to stay and create a holiday ornament in remembrance.
