Identifying Resources to Healthy Living

This session will cover local and online information regarding healthy living – free resources related to eating, exercising and relaxing. Resources will include those from the St. Charles City-County Library, St. Charles County Parks and Barnes-Jewish St. Peters and Progress West Hospitals.
